Qualification

  • Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law “Instituição Toledo de Ensino de Presidente Prudente – State of São Paulo”, in 1993;
  • Specialization in Tax Law from the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários – IBET,in 2005;
  • Post-graduated in Public Law from the Escola de Direito do Ministério Público, in 2020.

 

Experience:

  • Partner at Ernesto Borges Advogados since 2006, but she joined the office in 2000;
  • She coordinates the firm’s specialized group in Tax Law, a role he has exercised since 2000, in which she represents the interests of national and multinational companies from the most varied segments, working in all states of the Midwest region;
  • She was a member of the Board of Tax Appeals of the Municipality of Campo Grande (MS) – JURFIS, from 2005 to 2012;
  • She worked as a consultant / specialist at the consulting company IOB – Thonson , between 1994 and 2000;
  • She worked as an intern at the São Paulo State Attorney’s Office in the years 1992 and 1993, in the civil and tax areas.

  • It acts in the litigation and consultative scope, covering the elaboration of legal opinions and strategic analyzes (Special Regimes, Term of Agreement), panoramas of tax assets and liabilities, refund of tax undue, defenses in tax assessments and other tax issues.
