The history of Ernesto Borges Advogados began in 1932, when it was founded by the late distinguished jurist Ernesto Borges. Over the course of his career, the founder went on to serve as Chief Judge of the Mato Grosso Court of Appeals, retiring from the bench as an Appellate Judge in 1951 before returning to private practice and to the firm he had envisioned.

Nine decades of uninterrupted practice, combined with excellence in the provision of legal services, have established Ernesto Borges Advogados as a leading name in Brazil’s legal market.

The key ISO 9001/2015 seal certifies that Ernesto Borges Advogados’ quality management involves objective examination of data and indicators and allows for critical analysis and safe decision-making, supporting the continuous improvement of processes.
