Bachelor of Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro;
Postgraduate in Corporate Strategies, Tax Planning and Succession from the Law School of São Paulo of Fundação Getúlio Vargas;
Postgraduate in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from Universidade Anhanguera;
Now studying the High Impact Program SEER, at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, scheduled for completion in 2022.

He started as an intern at Sérgio Bermudes;
He held the position of Attorney General of the Municipality of Campo Grande – MS, between 2005 and 2012;
In 2012, he reinstated the firm of Ernesto Borges Advogados, where he faced the challenges of national and multinational companies, in several areas of law: agribusiness, insurance, banking, commercial, administrative and civil litigation;
As well as a great technical knowledge and experience in advising large corporations, Ernesto has an ethical and good faith towards complex legal strategies.
